LEADERSHIP

John Zediker, President and CEO

Zediker began his career with Moser Enterprises in 2002 as the Director of Entitlement and was appointed CEO in the summer of 2004. Prior to joining the Moser family, he worked with the City of Naperville for four years where he oversaw the operations of the Transportation, Engineering and Development departments.

Zediker, a 1994 graduate of Carroll College, received the “Graduate of the Last Decade” award in August 2005. He also earned a MBA at the University of St. Francis and a master’s degree in economic geography at Northern Illinois University.

A Naperville resident, Zediker has followed in his predecessor's footsteps and is committed to and involved in the Naperville community. He is currently a member of the Naperville Sunrise Rotary, Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, Political Action Committee, Naperville Transportation Management Advisory Council and serves on the board of directors for several organizations, including: Samaritan Interfaith Counseling, Naperville Development Corporation, Naperville Heritage Society and Yorkville Economic Development Corporation. Zediker has received numerous accolades for his professional and community service work and now leads Moser Enterprises as the managing partner for 25 partnerships across 19 projects totaling more than $100 million in assets.
