Moser Enterprises is a multi-faceted residential and commercial developer in the Northern Illinois counties of DuPage, Will and Kendall Counties and, most recently, has expanded beyond this area to pursue ventures in Florida, South Carolina and Indiana. Founded by Jim Moser over 20 years ago in Naperville, Illinois, the company still maintains its headquarters in the burgeoning suburban city 30 miles west of Chicago. Originally known throughout Naperville as the quintessential “small business”, Moser Enterprises has grown to include a broad spectrum of real estate opportunities which service a diverse client base. The company is actively building brands through lifestyle-focused master-planned communities and is successfully competing with national builders and developers in selected areas throughout the nation.

MISSION

To create value sufficient to continue the corporate commitment to the perpetuation of the “Legacy of James L. Moser” by actively seeking real estate partners in numerous land acquisitions, developments and communities expanding far into the next generation.
